The present petition impugns order dated 19th April, 2024 whereby the Appellate Authority granted interim stay of the order dated 26th March, 2024 passed by the District Magistrate (South) directing the eviction of the Respondents.

Considering the above, since the appeal is still pending and the order assailed is only an interim order, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner to decide Petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.

It is clarified that the Court has not examined the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved. 4.

Disposed of along with pending application.
