Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing his History Sheet from the Surveillance Register kept in the Police Record as the last case bearing FIR No.0286/2006 registered at PS: Hauz Quazi, Delhi, as has been decided by this Court vide Order dated 01.03.2023 passed in CRL.A.567/2009. 2.

Learned ASC for the State has submitted the copy of Order of DCP, Central dated 29.02.2024, which be taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the Petitioner is involved in 20 cases since 2006, but no fresh involvement has been reported against him for the last seventeen (17) years and he is doing catering for his livelihood. His History Sheet is being downgraded from Bundle-A to Bundle-B.

In view of the Order of DCP, Central, Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
