1. . After arguments, these writ petitions are disposed of as not pressed but liberty as prayed for is granted to the petitioner/school to initiate departmental proceedings against the employees who are respondent no. 1 in each of the aforesaid writ petitions, inasmuch as, the petitioner/school contends that the employees in question could not have joined the services of the schpol as they lack the eligibility criteria for appointment. 2.

n The writ petitions and the pending applications are, accordingly, disposed of .giving the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner/school to take out By:AMULYA

departmental proceedings against such employees as the petitioner/school thinks do not satisfy the eligibility criteria for appointment to the petitioner/school.
