The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the prayer that directions be issued to the respondent No. 1 to file the Supplementary Charge Sheet at the earliest as the Trial in the case bearing CR No. 3876/2020 pending before the learned MM is already delayed.

The report has been received from the FSL which submits that part examination has been conducted but the remaining analysis is being undertaken and the report shall be submitted in the Court by 26.12.2024. The IO shall then submit the Supplementary Charge Sheet in the Court. 3.
