A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer that the FSL, Rohini be directed to file the Report in regard to the voice samples in FIR No.14/2014 P.S. Vigilance, dated 12.08.2014 under Section 7, 13(1)(D) of Prevention of Corruption Act. 2.

The learned APP for State has filed Reply from FSL, wherein it is stated that the FSL Report has been prepared which has been collected by the Police Authorities on 28.02.2025. The Reply be taken on record. 3.

Nothing remains in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of.
