By way of present petition, the petitioners, who claim to be the wife and children of respondent No.2, are aggrieved by the fact that the respondent No.2 has not only vandalized the house belonging to the father of the petitioner No.1 but also has physically assaulted the petitioners and has extended threats towards them.

Learned ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that on receipt of the complaint, initially a kalandra was registered and subsequently, an FIR bearing FIR No.327/2024 under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/324(5)/351(2), BNS 2023 at P.S. Ashok Nagar came to be registered. Further, it is submitted that in the proceedings under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C., respondent No.2 has also been bound down by way of a personal bond.
