Counsel for the parties submit that they have arrived at a settlement in terms of which the respondent no.1 has agreed to assign the subject mark 'MANI' bearing no. 1142384 in class 5 in favour of the petitioner, subject to a consideration of ₹ 2 lakhs being paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.1.

Counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to the aforesaid, an assignment deed shall be executed within 10 days from today and the aforesaid consideration shall be paid on or before the execution of the assignment deed.
