This petition has been filed seeking certain directions in respect of the FIR No. 232/2023 under Sections 419/420/406/120B/34 IPC at Police Station Shahdara.

At the outset, Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, ASC states on instructions that the investigation is going on and is expected to be completed within a period of three months. The proceedings post the investigation and steps which have been taken by the State, shall be intimated to the petitioner and ASC states that if so desired for the purpose of investigation, he shall be duly summoned. 3.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the courts, in accordance with law, in case their grievance is not addressed. 4.
