Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the present petition was filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhiyta, 2023 (BNSS) for declaration of authorization letter dated 20.08.2024 pursuant to which Respondent had raided the premises of the Petitioner on 21.08.2024 as illegal. 1.1 He states that however subsequently no further coercive proceedings has been initiated against the Petitioner.
1.2 He states that in these facts, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail its remedies, in case any further action is initiated by the Respondent.
