This is an application filed under section 152 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking correction of para 4 of the judgment dated 29.04.2025. 5.

It is stated that in para 4, the name of 'Mr. Arvind Kumar Arora' has wrongly been written as 'Mr. Arvind Kumar Agrawal'. 6.

Issue notice.

Advance copy of the present application has been served. 8.

In view of the fact that the present application is only seeking correction of a typographical error, I am not inclined to ask for a reply. For the said reasons, the application is allowed. Para 4 of the judgment dated 29.04.2025 is rectified and the name of 'Mr. Arvind Kumar Agrawal' shall now be read as "Mr. Arvind Kumar Arora".
