This petition has been filed seeking interim bail in FIR no. 78/2023 under Section 302/325/147/149/201/34 IPC registered at P.S. Wazirabad, Delhi.

Petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 05th June, 2024 on the ground that she had undergone a surgery of right breast fibroadenoma on 30th May, 2024 and has been undergoing treatment. The said bail has been extended from time to time, by subsequent orders of this Court. 3.
