No. 392/2016 The present bail application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in a case arising out of FIR No.2535/2015 registered under Section 186 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Mehrauli.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application was moved on the ground of apprehension of arrest in

pursuance of the non-bailable warrants. During the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner moved for cancellation of non-bailable warrants where he has been granted relief.

Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present bail application.

The present bail application & Crl.M. (Bail) No.392/2016 are dismissed as withdrawn.
