The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a regular bail application before the learned Trial Court as the Chargesheet has been filed.

He further submits that the Interim Protection granted to him vide the Order dated 30.08.2024, be continued for 30 days within which period he shall move the said application. 3.

Permission to withdraw, with liberty and protection, as prayed for is granted.

Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
