The present application under Section 483 BNSS seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 374/2017 under Section 302/307/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Kanjhawala. 3.

Learned APP for the State, submits that the ballistic report with regard to the alleged weapon has been filed before the learned Trial Court. 4.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court on the basis of said document 5.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
