The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in FIR No.232/2024 dated 24.03.2024, registered at Police Station Model Town for offences punishable under Sections 380/457/511/34 IPC. 2.
Material on record indicates that on 23.04.2024 at around 03:30 AM, a PCR call vide DD No.11A regarding a theft in a house was received. It is stated that on receiving the PCR call, the police reached the spot and action was taken by the Police. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the chargesheet has been filed and charges have also been framed and, therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the Petitioner further in custody.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail application of the Petitioner by contending that the Petitioner is involved in one more offence punishable under Section 307 IPC in which the Petitioner is on bail. He, therefore, states that the Petitioner should not be enlarged on bail. 5.
The Petitioner is in custody for five months. In view of the fact that the chargesheet has been filed and charges have also been framed and looking at the nature of the offence, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the Petitioner further in custody. This Court is inclined to grant regular bail to the Petitioner on the following conditions: a) The Petitioner shall furnish security in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Magistrate/Duty Magistrate.
b) It is stated that the Petitioner is the resident of V PO. Panihar, District Hisar, Haryana. The Petitioner is directed to arrange an accommodation in Delhi where he will reside and give address to the Trial Court and to the Investigating Officer (IO). its satisfaction. The Petitioner is directed not to change the given address without informing the Trial Court. The Petitioner shall take necessary permission from the Trial Court in case he wants to visit his hometown Hisar, Haryana.
c) The Petitioner shall not leave NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the Trial Court.
d) The petitioner is directed to attend all the proceedings before the Trial Court.
e) The Petitioner shall report to the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10:00 AM and he should be released after completing all the formalities by 11:00 AM. f) The Petitioner is directed to give all his mobile numbers to the Investigating Officer and keep them operational at all times. g) The Petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, tamper with evidence or try to influence the witnesses in any manner. h) The Petitioner is directed not to indulge in any further criminal activity.
i) Violation of any of these conditions will result in the cancellation of the bail given to the Petitioner.

With these directions, the bail application is disposed of along, with the pending applications, if any.
