By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the case bearing M.No.197/2017 titled Nidhi Jain v. Ankit Jain pending before Family Judge, Dwarka Court, New Delhi. 2.

It has been informed that on an application, filed by the respondent No.2/applicant before the Trial Court under Section 311 Cr.PC, the proceedings are pending for re-examination/cross-examination. 3.

Considering that the case pertains to the year 2017, and that initially the complaint was filed in the year 2013, the concerned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to see that the trial is expedited and to conclude the proceedings within a period of six months from today. 4.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
