By way of the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 60 days on the ground of changing the dressing of the operation site of his wife, who is stated to have undergone surgery for sinus. 2.

Learned APP for the State has opposed by the bail application and has submitted a reply to the Section 91 Cr.P.C. notice issued to the concerned hospital i.e., Chawla Medical & Surgical Center at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.

As per the reply received, it is noted that no further surgery is planned and further, no attendant is required.
