The present application is filed seeking extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 02.08.2024, for a period of two weeks.

The extension of interim bail is sought on the ground that the wife of the applicant is still suffering with post-surgical complications.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the wife of the applicant is bed-ridden and has again been hospitalised. He submits that the applicant also has to take care of the minor child.

care of the wife as well as the minor child. He further submits that no further extension would be prayed for. 7.
Considering the above, on humanitarian ground, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.08.2024 is extended for a period of two weeks on the same conditions as imposed by the order dated 02.08.2024.

The petitioner is directed to surrender on or before the 15th day from the date, before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 9.
