The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 230/2019 dated 22.02.2019, registered at Police Station Sultanpuri for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was registered way back in the year 2019, however, the trial has not even begun. No witness till date has been examined. He however submits that he is hopeful that the victim would be examined in the next five to six months.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file again after the victim is examined.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
