The instant application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 60 days granted by this court vide order dated 26.09.2024 in the captioned BAIL APPLN. No.3123/2024.

The prosecution has filed the status report. As per the status report, the medical documents of the wife of the applicant, which are annexed to the instant application, were duly verified and found to be genuine. 3.
The petitioner was initially granted interim bail for a period of 30 days vide order dated 26.09.2024 for the surgery of his wife which was scheduled to be held on 22.10.2024. Since the medical documents of the wife of the applicant have duly been verified and found to be genuine, the interim bail granted to the applicant/petitioner vide order dated 26.09.2024 is extended further till 07.12.2024 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed of. 6.
A copy of this order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent for compliance.
