Pursuant to the order dated 25.10.2016, additional compensation of `35,000/- has been given to the appellant present in the Court today along with her husband.

It is agreed that the respondents shall not contact the appellant / complainant or any of her family members and shall not criminally intimidate them in any manner.
3.
In view of the settlement and the receipt of payment of `35,000/- as additional compensation, the appellant does not press the present appeal for enhancement of the sentence.
4.
The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
5.
The respondents No.2 & 3 shall not contact the appellant and her family members and shall not endeavour to criminally intimidate them in any manner.
