Petitioner herein is defending a claim filed by the respondent. 2.

Such claim is pending adjudication before learned Sole Arbitrator. 3.

During such arbitral proceedings, petitioner herein was imposed with cost of Rs. 50,000/-, twice.

Such order of imposition of cost, which is alleged to be excessive, is under challenge.

After hearing arguments for some time, without prejudice to the rights and contentions made in the present petition, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file application afresh before the learned Arbitrator seeking substantial reduction in the aforesaid cost. 6.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
