After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press the present petition and the petition may, accordingly, be disposed of with liberty to move appropriate application seeking further clarification from the learned Trial Court with respect to the amount due and payable to the Decree Holder.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 3.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an application in this regard. The learned Executing Court would be at liberty to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
