The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the impugned order dated 14th August, 2024 passed by the learned Trial Court in CS (COMM) 343/2021. 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent, has handed over copy of a document dated 10th December, 2024 showing the sales figures of the respondent from the year 2018-2019 upto 09th September, 2024. 3.
