This application has been filed, seeking waiver of cost of Rs.25,000/-, imposed by the Court, vide order dated 30th August 2024. By the said order, the FIR was quashed, based on consent of respondent No.2/complainant. 2.

However, the Court, in the facts and circumstances, was inclined to impose a cost of Rs.25,000/-, on the petitioner, along with community service, as apparent from para(s) 5 and 6 of the order. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner, along with the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that the community service, has been, duly complied with. Considering he is a helper, in a food joint run by his uncle, he does not have the capacity to pay Rs.25,000/- as costs, and seeks the waiver of the same. 4.
