% 18.12.2024 CRL.M.A. 38083/2024 Further to what was recorded in last order dated 26.11.2024, by way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks to amend the prayer in the petition to also impugn order dated 21.02.2024 made by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in case FIR No. 14/2023 dated 11.01.2023 registered under sections 417/419/465/468 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Sultanpuri, Delhi.

The matter is still at a preliminary stage and notice is yet to be issued. In view thereof, the application is allowed and the petitioner is allowed to amend the petition as prayed-for.

The amended petition filed alongwith the application is taken on record.

Application stands disposed-of.
