The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 319/2021 dated 19.08.2021 registered at Police Station Pahar Ganj for offences under Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No. 319/2021 has already been quashed by the order passed by this Court in CRL. M.C. 8354/2024.

He submits that the present petition has become infructuous.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
