The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 641/2020 dated 25.12.2020, registered at Police Station Jaitpur, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and all consequential proceedings. 4.
The FIR was registered pursuant to a complaint given by Respondent No. 2 alleging cruelty by the petitioners. The complainant is married to Petitioner No. 1 and Petitioner No.2 is the mother of Petitioner No.1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vague allegations have been made against the petitioners. that the allegations are bereft of any truth. 6.
He further submits that the evidence, as annexed with the petition, clearly shows that the parties were happily residing together.

Concededly the charge sheet has already been filed and the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court for arguments on charge.

The petitioners have an efficacious alternate remedy. 9.
The petitioners are at liberty to take all arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. 10.
Needless to say, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. 11.
The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
