Learned counsel for the Decree Holders states that the payment has been received as on 16.05.2024 and after accounting for the said payment, a sum of Rs. 3,10,494/- remains due and payable as on date. 2.

He is directed to serve a copy of this computation on the counsel for the Judgment Debtor. The Judgment Debtor is granted two (2) weeks time to verify the said computation.

It is pertinent to mention that the direction for making payment of upto-date interest was clearly recorded in the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by this Court. The Judgment Debtor was thus liable to pay interest up to date on the decretal amount which was due and payable as on 16.05.2024. 4.
