By the present petition, the petitioner essentially challenges the order dated 23.08.2024, passed by the learned Appellate Court, in CA No. 222/2023.

The petitioner had filed the said appeal challenging the order dated 20.01.2023, passed by the learned Trial Court, pursuant to which he was directed to pay an interim maintenance to the respondent and the minor child of the parties. 3.

By the order dated 23.08.2024, in CA No. 222/2023, the learned Appellate Court dismissed the application filed by the petitioner seeking early hearing and stay of the order dated 20.01.2023.

It is pointed out that the learned Appellate Court has since decided the appeal.

The present petition has, therefore, become infructuous and is accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
