O R D E R

% 10.03.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 07.10.2015 is placed on record. The same has been signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties.

Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
