The present Writ Petition has been file with the following prayers: "i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus against Respondent to register the Sale Certificate dated 24.11.2023 issued in favour of the Petitioner by „The South Indian Bank Ltd‟ in respect of the property being D-819, Second Floor with roof rights, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, admeasuring 2206 Sq.Ft (hereinafter referred to as "Said Property") on stamp duty corresponding to the sale consideration amount of Rs.3,63,00,000/- instead of circle rate; and ii. Pass such other order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit in the fact and circumstances of the present case."

of auction sale is entered into Book No.1 in accordance with Section 89(4) of the Registration Act.

Today, it is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the portal has been updated and the sale certificate issued by Banks pursuant to an auction will be entered into Book No.1 in accordance with Section 89(4) of the Registration Act.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Sub-Registrar with all the documents. 5.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition and the same is disposed of on the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondents. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
