Although this appeal is directed against the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(COM) no. 469/2022, the only prayer that Mr Arun Maitri, who appears on behalf of the appellant, makes is that the pending applications, i.e., I.A. no. 16155/2023 and I. A. no. 4939/2023 be disposed of.

We are informed that the matter is listed before the learned Single Judge today, i.e., 02.09.2024.

Ms Poonam, who appears on behalf of the respondents, says that she would have no objection if the Court were to request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the aforementioned applications, albeit, as per law. 4.1 It is ordered accordingly.

Needless to add, the learned Single Judge will dispose of the aforementioned applications after hearing the respondents. 6.
The appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the pending application shall stand closed.
