At the very outset, it has been informed by learned counsel for both the parties that the matter has been amicably settled and, in terms of settlement, the petitioner herein, who has already suffered an Eviction Decree and is now facing execution, has agreed to vacate the tenanted premises and to handover vacant and peaceful possession thereof to landlord/respondents herein on or before 31.08.2026.

It is also stated that, during the intervening period, the landlords i.e. respondents herein, would not claim any rent or user charges but would expect that he clears all the dues with respect to electricity and water charges. 3.
Petitioner-tenant/judgment debtor Mr. Kanwar Sain is present in person and confirms the abovesaid terms of settlement and undertakes to comply with the same and also agrees not to create any third party interest in the tenanted premises, either.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of settlement and the petitioner would reiterate the abovesaid terms before the CM(M) 1487/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
