This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 6719/2026(for seeking time to deposit the balance amount vide order dated 11th August, 2025) 2.

This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner for deposit of the balance decretal amount, in terms of order dated 11th August, 2025 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Decree Holder appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/Judgment Debtor submits that the petitioner is not in a financial position to clear the balance decretal amount within the time granted vide order dated 11th August, 2025. submitted that if one month's additional time is granted, the petitioner shall clear the decretal amount payable to the respondent/Decree Holder. 6.

Keeping in view these submissions on behalf of the petitioner, the period granted to the petitioner/ Judgment Debtor to pay the decretal amount vide order dated 11th August, 2025 is extended till 28th February, 2026. Accordingly, the directions regarding attachment of the property and its sale, shall remain kept in abeyance till 27th February, 2026. 7.

The present application stands disposed of in the above-stated terms.
