Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to supply complete copy of the record of proceedings of the General Security Force Court.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondents, who submits that an application had been received, however, the same was not duly attested by the Jail Superintendent.
