The present petition under Section 2 (B) and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i) Initiate appropriate civil contempt proceedings against the respondents and punish the Contemptors/respondents accordingly;
ii) Pass appropriate orders/ directions to the Contemptor/ Respondent no.l, 2 and 3 to comply I directions passed by this Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 03.03.2025 in FAO No. 47/2025;
iii) Pass such further or other orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
