1. The present appeal preferred under Section 16 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 seeks to assail the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned Family Court (South West) Dwarka Court, Delhi, in HMA No.2641/2022. Vide the impugned order, the learned Family Court has allowed the application preferred by the respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking interim maintenance, by directing the appellant to pay pendente lite maintenance @Rs.15,000/- per month to the respondent and Rs.15,000/- per month to each of his two daughters.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that instead of pressing the present appeal, the appellant will move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court seeking clarification regarding adjustment of the amount which he had paid to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 3. In the light of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed making it clear that in case, the appellant moves any such application, the same will be considered by the learned Family Court on its own merits.
