The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the encroachment alleged in the petition has been removed by the respondents. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that respondent no. 3 has already removed the encroachment from the area in question.

None appears for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), when the matter is called out.

wherein, as per the MCD, encroachment is yet to be removed by respondent no. 3.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to inspect the property and in case of any existing encroachment in the property in question, requisite action shall be taken by the MCD with the assistance of the local police. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.

The next date of hearing of 11th December, 2025, stands cancelled.
