This petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking issuance of appropriate directions against the Respondents.

Since this Court has already appointed an Arbitrator in ARB.P. 1335/2024, the Arbitrator is directed to treat the present application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as one filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 3.

The Ld. Arbitrator is directed to decide the application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within four weeks from entering reference.

With these directions, the Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
