% 15.12.2016 In the compliance affidavit it has been stated that the petitioner has been sanctioned the second ACP in accordance with the judgment and order dated 13th May, 2015 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 2408/2015. However, learned counsel for petitioner states that leave encashment benefit has not been given to the petitioner. The said fact is disputed by learned counsel for respondents. In any event, this Court is of the view that the said issue cannot be adjudicated upon in contempt proceeding.
