O R D E R

Pursuant to the last order, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a list of documents from which it appears that further payments have been made to the petitioner on 04.04.2024, 15.04.2024 and 23.04.2024. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after this payment was made to the petitioner, no further amount remains payable to him. The said list of documents is taken on record.

Even though the petitioner, who appears in person, insists that further amounts are still payable to him, he is unable to furnish any details thereof. In the light of the aforesaid, when it prima facie appears that no further amount is payable to the petitioner, we see no reason to keep the present The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petition pending any further. However, taking into account his claim that further amounts are payable to him, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file an execution petition before the learned Tribunal, if so advised. It is further directed that in case an execution petition is filed by the petitioner within the next three months, the same will be considered on merits and not dismissed on the ground of delay.

The petition, alongwith the accompanying applications, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
