This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.118/2012 registered under Sections 341/307/34 IPC at Police Station: Aman Vihar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

The petition came up for hearing on 23.02.2016 when notice was issued to the respondent No.2 returnable on 24.05.2016. On 24.05.2016, since the notice sent through ordinary post, speed post and dasti was stated to be awaited, on petitioner taking steps, fresh notice was issued to the respondent No.2 returnable for today i.e.26.08.2016.

Today, neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner despite third call nor steps have been taken by the petitioner for issuance of notice to respondent No.2.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
