Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant has returned with instructions.

Accordingly, and with the consent of the parties, the following directions are passed:

(i) The Impugned Order dated 17.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-11, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as Trial Court'] is set aside. (ii) The Appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs. 4.5 lakhs with the Registry of this Court within six weeks. The money so deposited shall abide by the directions as passed by the District Court from time to time. (iii) The Appellant shall file Written Statement to CS No. 19005/2016 captioned Ravinder Singh Kohli vs Neerja Sharma within four weeks. Replication, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. (iv) The parties shall appear before the learned District Judge, Central District, Tiz Hazari Courts, Delhi on 22.10.2024 for framing of issues. 3.

The Trial Court is requested to conduct the trial as expeditiously as possible.

The Appeal is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. All pending Applications stand disposed of.
