The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to transfer the present case from the Shri Sunil Chaudhary, Additional District Judge, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi titled as "Hritik Venna & Anr. Versus Ritu Singh Chauhan & Ors." bearing case no. CS/773/2021 and transfer the same to the court of Additional District Judge, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
Any other relief(s) if this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to pass, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly submits that the latter are residing in Malkaganj, which falls within the jurisdiction of Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and he has no objection, if the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. present petition is allowed to the extent that the Suit No.773/2021 is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits he has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is partly allowed. The Suit No.773/2021 pending before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, is transferred to the Principal District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, who shall assign the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction. Let the records of the said suit be transferred to the concerned Court within a period of 10 days. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court accordingly. 6.
With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 7.
It is clarified that the learned Transferee Court will proceed with the suit from the stage at which it is being transferred. 8.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 9.
Copy of the order be sent to the learned Principal District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, for necessary information and compliance. 10.
