The issue raised in the present petition is same and similar as has already been decided by this court in the case of Union of India & Ors vs Sanjeev Kumar & Anr., in W.P.(C) No. 15248/2022 dated 18.07.2024, 2024:DHC:5282-DB and Union of India & Ors. vs. Shri Sukhvinder, W.P.(C) No.13635/2023.

Since the issue has already been decided in the aforesaid writ petitions, we find no ground in the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, present petition stands disposed. Consequently, pending applications stand disposed of.
