The instant petition has been filed against the distress warrant dated 19.04.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, on advance instructions, points out that vide order dated 09.08.2024, the respondent-Corporation has already issued a communication to the Manager of the ICICI Bank for release of the concerned amount in the name of Ms. Usha Gupta and Mr. Rahul Gupta. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of the communication dated 09.08.2024 which reads as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "Subject: Release of Bank A/c No.777701180858 of Smt. Usha Gupta & Shri Rahul Gupta.

This is with reference to Warrant of Distress No.H Tax/W.69/A&C/KPZ/MCD/2024/D-61 dated 19.04.2024 whereby a sum of Rs. 2,05,695/- was attached from Bank Account No. 777701180858 in r/o Unit No. 102-106, Plot No. C 1, 2, 3 PP Tower, NSP Delhi-34. Tax payer has deposited the total due amount of abovesaid property. Therefore above attachment is hereby revoked." 5.

Let the same be placed on digital record of this Court. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives at this stage. The instant petition stands disposed of.
