The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.1 in terms whereof the respondent no.1 has undertaken to pay full and final settlement amount to the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today, therefore, the petitioner is seeking to withdraw the present petition in view of the said settlement.
