Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines his submissions only to the extent of directing respondent No.1 to decide the application for permission to repair/reconstruct the petitioner's house situated at 16/492 Kalyanpuri, East Delhi-110091.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, on advance notice, submits that the said application seems to have been filed almost three years ago and at this stage, the respondent-Corporation does not have any objection if the petitioner files a fresh application asserting her claim.

Let the petitioner to file a proper application, along with a copy of the order being passed today, with the respondent-Corporation within a period of seven days from today.
