This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: "a) Direct the respondent no.2 to set aside the show cause notice dated 15.07.2016 and confirm the services of the petitioner with immediate effect along with promotion, increments and all consequential benefits. b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Mr. Rahul Shukla on instructions submits that in terms of order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, appropriate order shall be passed by the Corporation within a period of 8 weeks from today. 8.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of recording the assurance given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 9.

Needless to state that a reasoned and speaking order will be passed and will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of decision. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy, in case of any surviving grievance. 10.
